App privacy policy.

• Account details — the email address and password you sign in with. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored only as a secure hash; we never see them.
• Business content you add — your business name, description, logo, theme colour, links (such as a WhatsApp number, phone number, email, or social profiles you choose to show), menu items, prices, photos, and tables. This content is published on your public AmigoTap page.
• Orders— when a customer orders from your table QR or NFC stand, the app shows you the items, table, total, time, and the customer's name if they give one. You can update each order's status.
• Team members — the email address of anyone you invite to help manage your business.
• Page statistics — counts of how often your page is viewed and each link is tapped, with the date. The app records these counts only; it does not record who the visitor is.
• Photos — only the pictures you pick for your logo or menu. The app opens your photo library when you ask it to and uploads just the photo you choose. It does not use your camera or microphone.

AmigoTap uses NFC to read AmigoTap cards and stands, to write your page link to a blank NFC tag, and, on supported Android phones, to share your page link with another phone held against yours. The only thing shared over NFC is your public page link. NFC data is not stored or sent to us.

When someone taps an AmigoTap card on an iPhone, the AmigoTap App Clip may open the business's public page. The App Clip needs no account and collects nothing about the visitor beyond adding one to the page's view or link-tap count.

• To sign you in and show you the businesses you manage.
• To publish your page, links, and menu, and keep them up to date.
• To show you new orders as they arrive and let you manage them.
• To show you how your page and links are performing.
• To provide support and keep the service secure.

We never sell your data, and the app contains no advertising or third-party tracking. Your data is stored with our hosting and database provider, Supabase, which processes it only to run the service for us. Content you publish on your AmigoTap page is public by design. Your orders, statistics, and team list are visible only to you and the team members you invite.

The app keeps you signed in and remembers a few settings on your phone, such as the order sound, vibration, and the last business you opened. Signing out clears your session.

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access rules on our database make sure each account can only reach the businesses it belongs to. We keep your data while your account is active. When an account or business is deleted, we delete its data within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

You can edit or remove your page content, links, and menu items in the app at any time. To delete your account and all of its data, email info@cleverproject.lk from the email address you sign in with. We'll confirm once it's done.

The AmigoTap app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date below and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email.
