Return policy.
We want you to love your order. Because these are personal-use products, returns are accepted only on unopened packages.
Unopened packages only
For hygiene and quality reasons, we can only accept a return if the product packaging is still sealed and has not been opened. Once a package is opened, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the package is unopened and in its original, resalable condition.
What can't be returned
- Any product whose packaging has been opened or seal broken.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (e.g. cards or stands printed with your logo) — these are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery.
- Gift cards.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — this applies even if the package was opened, because the fault is on us.
How to request a return
- Email us at info@cleverproject.lk with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share the return address.
- Ship the unopened item back. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
